We understand starting a new relationship with any health care provider can be stressful. At Carolina General & Cosmetic Dentistry, we work very hard to ease the transition and remove as many barriers to care as possible. Once we get some basic information and forms from you, we take it from there and handle dealing with insurance carriers and other tasks so your focus can be on your dental care needs and building your relationship with Dr. Nicholson and the rest of our dental care staff.
At Carolina General & Cosmetic Dentistry, we do not want paying for exceptional care to be an issue. Accordingly, we are happy to handle all insurance paperwork for you, and we accept all major credit cards. Additional patient financing options are also available, including interest-free and low-interest extended payment plans available through Care Credit.
Please contact our team with any specific questions or concerns. We are happy to help.
Please remember to bring your completed forms with you for your first appointment. If you have any problem printing these forms, please call our office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.
Carolina General & Cosmetic Dentistry is the home for all your general and cosmetic dentistry needs. Our new patient onboarding process is easy, and our great staff will file insurance for you.
At Carolina General & Cosmetic Dentistry, you can trust you are benefitting from the latest technological improvements in the dental and oral health field. Do not let prior experiences jeopardize your health today. We will take the time to get to know you, evaluate your situation, and work together to create a care plan that gives you peace of mind.
